Sales Representative

We are looking for self starters with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
The Sales Representative serves as the primary business contact for the client and will be responsible for building up a business through gaining new customers.
General Summary: Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products.

Requirements for position:

  • Graduated from university or high school
  • active driver with a B type driving license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good business sense and strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • well organized, self-disciplined and a skilled negotiator
  • Motivated and result-oriented
  • A smart appearance and professional manner
  • Ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
  • No military obligation

Position definition

  • Promotes orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach, making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations.
  • Well equipped with product knowledge so as to clarify any doubts their customers might raise.
  • Perform demonstrations to existing and potential customers and assists them in selecting best-suited products to their needs.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Develops clear and effective written quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Reports to Marketing Director providing regular input on all account activity, including sales calls, follow-up activities and closed sales on a weekly basis.
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.
